Stinging shoulder pain
I have stinging shoulder pain for last 2-3 days. There is no visible swelling and I don't remember any injury. Sometimes when I do regular work, the stinging pain goes till the neck. The pain subsides temporarily when I apply volini gel or put a heating pad. But then after some time, pain emerges again. Please prescribe.

Dominant or non dominant? Muscle pain due to domestic activities, professional work and mobile use. Reduce the same and do shoulder stretching exercises.

The probable cause of pain may be neuromuscular. Sometimes, there is stretching of nerves causing local inflammation and thus pain.. it is usually temporary..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation,  avoid heavy work, avoid sudden jerky movements of neck,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment over the site of pain..
Health Tips
If the pain persists even after taking medicines, we will plan for some investigations later on..
