There are many reasons for such Backaches. It can be from simple de-conditioning of Back muscles due to lack of exercises, bad posture etc. to far more serious ones. We have to find Correct cause of your backache and have proper diagnosis.

What is your profession? How much do you sit? How do you sit? Too much sitting and presuming working on laptops leads to weakness of muscles of your back. Then this muscles fail to keep you upright against the forces of gravity and your weight.
Next Steps
laptop and work ergonomics, avoid bending forwards for daily activities like mobile use, eating etc. stretching exercises and then strengthening once you have become relatively upright
