My both legs have developed a dull pain in the whole leg. It is causing a lot of trouble. I am able to move them absolutely fine. My vit d3 was 53 when done 2weeks ago amd currently taking shelcal hd 500. Hb is 11.3. All vitals are normal. Wjat should i do. I googled and on google everything comes down to cancer somehow. I took aceclofenac yesterday night for pain and still pain is there today. I walked a lot day before yesterday but i do walk everyday then why suddenly pain now?

Before 2months, I have suffered acute back pain on left side, it may be due to lifting of heavy weight. I taken medicine and rest for 15days. At present, I have been suffering slightly pain and also going office by car. If pain continue then using water fomentation and volin gel on back and I usually get relaxed.
