Bone & Muscle problems

Pain in my both leg since many year. I have done all test like mri, x ray, blood test, ra factor, crp, cbc all report are normal. Also concern with physiotherapist but any relief.

I am 28 years height 173 cm weight 97 kg. I am suffering from lower back pain (only lower back pain). When I m in rest pain cure automatically but when I sit one to 2 hrs pain start. MRI report: 1) Annular tear with degenerative bulging disc at L5/S1 level causing indentation on thecal sac with mild narrowing of both neural foramina. 2)Mild bulging disc at L4/5 level causing indentation on thecal sac with mild narrowing of both neural foramina. 3) Marginal Osteophytes are noted. 4) Ligamentum flavum and facet hypertrophy seen at above level with mild canal stenosis. 5) Pan spine images show's, Degenerative mild disc at C4/C5 level causing indentation on thecal sac with narrowing of both neural foramina without significant cord compression. What is that it is dangerous?? Can I walk run in future any chance of recovery I'm very scared please suggest

Hello, I am suffering from heavy back pain issue from last couple of months. I have consulted with my family doctor who is a general physician and he suggested few medicine along with the LUMBASACRAL SPINE MRI. I have done the MRI in March this year but due to this lockdown and virus spreading issue I am unable to go to visit a orthopedic regarding this issue. I have my MRI report with me. Though I don't know the medical terms but based on the basic knowledge I can say the report is not good. I am unable to stand long, unable to sleep at night properly. Can anyone help me with the possible reasons for this and how to overcome.

Suffering from L5-S1 disc space reduced problem since two years. Pain in back waist. Also heavy rigidity in muscles. Difficulty in sitting at ground by folding legs, difficulty in remain standing position for long time, muscular pain around waist and below and even around neck starts.

My friend met with an accident in 2015 and fractured his left femur, thigh portion, upwards towards the knee and was operated and then he was again operated in 2019 and a rod was fit where remains always pain and swelling. Cannot stand, walk for long neither can put much pressure on leg. Sometimes there is unbearable pain.

Since 2017 I am having lower back pain associated with the left leg pain. Do I have spondylosis? previously I had left neck pain, also in the left hand. but now a days it is not that much severe than the previous days but it persists. I suffer a lot for my lower back pain. The left leg pain also troubles me. sometimes I feel numbness in my legs and also in my hands specially when I do some heavy work like washing clothes or carrying something heavy. I feel I don't have strength both in my arms and legs. I would like to mention that I was wrongly administered rabies vaccines (2 shots)in my buttock area. For this I was suffering from swollen lymph nodes in my groin area. It took a long time to recover but still I sometimes have pain in my left lymph node. After that the leg pain started with this swollen lymph nodes though the lower back pain started much earlier than this incident.Is there any nerve injury in my leg because of this wrong administration? what should be done now? I was morbidly obese till 18yrs of age...i have been able to correct my obesity but i have knock knee.. this interferes with my walking and posture...i want surgical correction..what is the way forward? (Mbbs intern)

My right (only) hand wrist pain while pressing  it (or whenever I do push-up) due to increase in uric acid in body. Is it completely curable with medicine??
