I am Adding Xray to my previous Question I am having pain in my foot when i wake up ..after 30-40 min it is becoming normal History : I have got chicken gunya in sep 2018 At that time my joins were in sever pain ..that is because of that particilar fever.. And i have pains in the legs for one month..everyday mrng when i wakeup i feel pain in foot n ancke for 30-40 min time ..i couldnt able to walk or do work like before ...someone said this effect will be there for 4-6 months I have waited normally .. After that when i have done general body checkup ..i got to know my vitamin - D is very less - at that time it was 8 ... so i felt foot pain is because of lack of vitAmin D as it is to do with bones So i thought pain is regarding that...i have used supplemts for vitamin d For last 2 months pain is more ... Pain is at the Front side of foot..if i sit for sometime ..once i get up also i feel pain..unable to walk more than 15 min Uric acid : 5.3 Vitamin D : 19 Vitamin b12 : 152

Hi, i would like to know the reason of cracking or poping sound in my joint, spcl. in neck and spine. I constantly feel little pain or uncomfortabllity in my neck also in my middle spine nd after little streching or twisting, poping sound came out through the joint nd i feel relaxed, bt in or abt 30 again feeling the same discomfort nd again that poping sound came. Pls, suggest me what is this problem or deasese, which i.m suffering? And to whom us the treatment of it? Thnx

Q1. What is the best time to take Vitamin D 60000 iu sachet, is it empty stomach in the morning (then how much gap for meal) or is it during meals or after meals (how much gap) ? Q2. Best to take with milk or water or meals? Q3. Mix with liquid or take powder in moth and take liquid on top?

I have gone through coronoid operation in left hand elbow on 11 april last month. After operation I am suffering from heavy pain in my both leg after sleep. I cannot sleep due to pain whole night. Kindly suggest some powerful pain killer and medications.

This started 4-5 years back my right chest's 2 rib was hurting and there was a swelling which comes and goes i used tO smoke also that time i had some allergy in my throat also but my gp said its normal just asked me to apply some volini with heat application so it went but the pain comes and goes got an xray done also It was normal but again i have pain at same spot which goes to my hand but no such swelling what should i do for this Is it something serious

There is a strange pain in my knee and bone under it for 4 months, due to which I am not able to sleep properly nowadays. Bachni is very much in the legs while sleeping at night, due to which the legs have to be shaken repeatedly.  Looks and have to do it again. Because of which I am not able to sleep properly and I am very upset.  What is the reason of this problem and please tell us about any medicine which I take for it to relief because it is not possible to go to hospital in lockdown.  Please help

Numbness in left side of hand and leg is occurring frequently from yesterday night onwards and also feeling some dizziness, is any problem is there?

My 25 year old wife has always get pain on shoulder neck/blade when ever she lift some extra weight or if she wash cloth using hand. Some time the pain high and somtime low. We do X-ray also few week ago but report is normal. Please suggest what can I do for now. Today currenly the pain is high
