Bone & Muscle problems

Hello I have a little pain in the lower chest on the left had consulted cardiologist he did an echo and ecg and said both the reports are normal and asked me consult a ortho if the pain still persists what do I do ??!!!

I feel my joints are weak and not strong enough to bear gym workout s. I don't feel stron pain. I feel mild discomfort and also I can hear and feel cracking noise in elbows joints whenever I stretch it. How to strengthen joints. Also my vitamin d is 31. Taking 60k for 8 weeks .

Can you please suggest what is the purpose of this drug rejucus cd3 and any side effects or discomfort caused due to this. Giving this along with profilitic TB medicines.

I have chest pain since 10 years ,also i have consult 3-4 chest and heart specialist and done full body check up 3 times including Xray,ECG,loung ,B12,T4 and TMT etc and all report are normal can you please suggest what i will do, when chest rotate then i feeling pain no issue while breathing and pain is left and centre side of chest...

My work profile is prolonged sitting on computer since last 10 years and I have caesarean surgery therefore these days I have lots of back and ribs pain. Therefore I am suffering from breathing problem. When there is severe pain I take pain killer. Pls advice me. Thanks

I am suffering from counter pain . I have consulted before from practo app's doctor . He has prescribed me three tablets voveron , calcium and D-Rise 60K .but still there is pain .

History of arthritis,nearing menopause. Have swelling over first and second ribs in right side nearly been 3 months. No pain to touch.

I'm experiencing severe spin in heals since a year.while standing for long or while taking first few steps after sitting for a while after waking up . I use to take shellcal and stopped to see if it's some calcium deposits or some other side effect.m.but no improvement...I also feel my arch is reduced also having back pain sometimes. I have pain in the biceps of right hand from 1 year. Went through needling technique, but nothing worked. Also had MRI in which the result came out as swelling in shoulder muscles.Went through physiotherapy, no effect. Want some effective solution for this.
