Suffering with knee pain from last month's, feeling pain any suggestions or home remedies excercise details required.

Hi, Every morning i woke up with lower back pain. I tried changing bed also still same issue. Because of pain i won't be able to sleep. I will get relief from pain once i comes out from bed. Can somebody tell me is there any problem?

I am currently having a sharp pain on my shoulder on occasion. It doesn't seem to due to rotation or anything, just seems to be stinging pain that happens for 2 seconds and then goes away.

Due to Nerve pulling in both legs couldn't able to walk properly. During Covid don't want to take risk taking her to hospital as she has pressure and diabetes. Please let me know any precautions we can take.

What's the best way of management in a 62/f,who had a fall by slipping near washroom and suffered fracture shaft of humerus? She is diabetic, hypertensive, took treatment for breast cancer T1N0M0 modified radical mastectomy and chemotherapy completed 3 years back.Can she undergo intramedullary nailing. Are there any complications associated with it?

From many months my right shoulder is lower than left one. I can still rotate it completely in circles, I can lift weights, and can perform all tasks with it. Few years back I had pain running from to that shoulder to neck, but it became less. Should I visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist? Or suggest a solution please.

I have a persistent pain on my left lower back. I cannot sleep on my left side as pain increases if I do so. Only relief is when someone presses the point, and that relief only lasts for a couple of minutes.

I don't knw why my foot pains alot while walking or standing for long and it increases when I walked bare footed and sometimes it goes along with lower back pain ... please suggest me something

I had a ligament injury at right leg knee, with the time, It recovers with the help of medicines, and now I am having pain at lower part of right leg and on the left leg and sometimes at both knew too, that pain sometimes so severe that I can't control, even m having pain at foot a lot at night and it's happening from the last 2-3 months. Even before the ligament injury, I had this pain at  lower part of leg  and doctor prescribed calcium, multi vitamin a lot but only after using painkiller, I sleep
