Bone & Muscle problems

Neck pain, shoulder pain, right hand pain I was consult with doctor and he has done dignosis x-ray of neck and shoulder but still no relief in pain please suggest

Hi, I have discomfort in my mid back muscles from past 4 days. Sometimes I feel my mid back muscles are too tight. Sometimes even my neck muscles feel discomfort. I sit in my front of my laptop for 8 hours a day. I changed sleeping on bed to sleeping on mat also. Please help me & guide few medicines. Thank you.

Extreme pain throughout left shoulder and hand. All of a sudden started. Unable to understand what to do and how to get relief. Tried some pain killer but didn't work. Tried Volini didn't work. Tried warm water that also didn't work. Can anyone please suggest any medicines that at least give some relief. Please help, please suggest.

Mild disc bulge in L1-2, L2-3, L3-4, L4-5 and Diffuse disc bulge in L5 - S1 and this L5 - S1 diffuse will give what kind of pain and symptoms, is that will affect bowl control? please can you tell me what I can do for this, I have sivere pain and couldnt bend for a long time or sit for a long time, very much difficult, please tell me what I can do to get relieved from this. There is pain in right thumb and for every movement it sounds like kat-kat. All time it is paining..

I am  upsc Aspirant and I generally much active person I did running for  6 months 3 km daily on trademill June 2019 to December 2019 after that I feel pain in my left knee while running then I stop running now in June 2020 I started running then I  still feel the pain in same knee then I consult to doctor and got x ray and MRI of my knee Due to this I am very much depressed

36/f,suffering from pain in the knee joint since 3 months, she is unable to sit on floor, I'm keeping X-ray's of knee two months back and also present one, please say if there is any fracture and if there it's treatment?
