I think my thumb got sprained and I'm not able to bend my thumb finger. All I did was keeping mehendi to my hands and kept the finger stiff to let it dry. After 1 hr or so, I felt pain and not able to bend my thumb finger. It is now seems to be swelled too.
What can I do to ease the pain on bending and swelling?
