My cousin has very mild ankelysing spondelytis and she has problem of regular backache. Doc has recommended her 1000mg dosage of saaz ds after which she is not geeting relef too in back pain and facing vomit issues too. Can you tell me what is recommended dosage of SAAZ DS ?

I sometimes get intense shooting pain for a few seconds in the first joint of my middle finger of my left hand (the joint under the nail, not my dominant hand) if pressure is applied to it at a particular angle, say while lifting bottles or picking utensils (not heavy items). This has been happening since a month or so, every 3-5 days, other than the pain for a few seconds, I don't have any issue with using the hand for regular housework. How concerned should I be?

When I am in rest position pain gone automatically but when I sit pain starts I'm very confused what I do and any chance of recovery please suggest and how it recover. Doctor told me it's by birth prblm but i told him such pain I never experience before then he said to me it usually start after 25. No trauma or accident it starts with only long hours sitting please suggest how I recover??

Hello sir/madam, my friend is 28years old, from last 2 to 3 months she is constantly having headache and pain in legs, she has leg pain below knee region, what can be the cause of it?

My wife has pain in legs, lower back and upper back. We did MRI and few blood tests. She is diagnosed with HLA B27+ and ESR is also high around 54. Doctor saying it cannot be permanently treated and She have to take medicine for whole life. Could you please suggest? Someone suggest Neurobion forte injection, is this OK to take these. Thanks.
