I had a fall on Saturday. I just sat down too hard which hit my back. So, I just lied down for few hours. I was not able to sit for 4 hours. Then eventually,I could get up and do some household activities. But I still have pain below my right breast and right side back. I sometimes feel a sharp pain. But iam able to bend down or bend down completely.
Please suggest if I need to do consult doctor or some home remedies will help.

Possibilitiy of rib fracture as pain you have described.

1. Apply ice thrice per day for 20 min ( do not apply ice directly to skin)
2. Apply volini gel small quantity thrice per day
3. Avoid bending forward and weight lifting or jerk to that area.
4. Wear loose cloths.
1. Apply moist hot compression , 5 minutes thrice daily for 2 weeks.
2. Chest inspiration and expiration exercises( Take max inspiration, hold and count 10, max expiration, hold and count 10).
3. Take meals on time and in sufficient quantity. Don't skip meals.
