You need to share both xrays and mri films photo .
So we can see the actual compression and is there any fragment puting pressure on spinal cord side or not.
Loss of lumbar lordosis. Is due to muscle spasm . Which u need physiotherpy first . And not yoga
Build u muscle strength. Let go muscle spasm and then start yoga

Loss of lumbar lordosis is a common observation suggestive of pain or protective response to pain. It also can be due to your continued sitting habits. You seem to be overdoing the exercises as well. The MRI is fine. Focus on your sitting habits and perform stretching exercises as well.
You can ride a bike and play sports as well.
