Loss of lumber lordosis.
Loss of L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc space is seen with foraminal compromise. Other Intervertebral disc space show no significant reduction.

It looks like a canal stenosis so It must be evaluated for neurological issue. Also any other red flags should be ruled out see Pain Specialist or Spine surgeon as soon as possible. Do not ignore symptoms
