After stretching it feels good... In May I did MRI... Which cames out satisfactory that fracture is almost healed.. Now yesterday I did Spine xray I found lumber lordosis lost... What to do now? I am 31 years of age... I am overweight.. I am very much scared...plz help me... Whether I can carry all my activities in future?? I am in marketing segment... Which required extensive travelling!!! Can I bike ride again...? Can I play football again?

Don't worry , it's unlikely to be because of fracture . Share your MRI and x-ray .
