L1 Compression fracture
Was on bed rest since 7 weeks. During this suffered from AKI which has now resolved. I have gastritis for which i am taking medications. But i have lost weight around 10kgs and msucles have become very loose and lack of enegry and weakness is there. I have been allowed to mobilise now.How long which it take to recover?? And will i gain back my weight and muscle tone as before!?

U will definitely improve in weight gain and muscle improvement, provided u start walking  wearing well cushioned sports shoes. Take shelcal HD, after breakfast for 2 months.
