Hips bone pain
Hi, This is Sukalyan Mukherjee. I am 34. From last week I am experiencing pain on my Hips joint bone... which is spreading downward. Pain is so unbearable... sometimes it feels like I have broken my bone. I didn't experienced any accidents near past... so I am unable to understand the cause behind it. I applied every balm and spray possible, including Volini, but it's not working. 1. I am unable to walk. ( feels like I need a stick to walk) 2. I am unable sit and work ( as I am working from home... I have to sit and keep on doing that for 10-12 hours minimum, which seems impossible considering the condition I am in) 3. I am unable to sleep either. 4. Sometimes Pain spreading towards my groin too. Please help me with your suggestions...

Prolonged sitting has lead to stiffness and weakness of the muscles of your hip, specifically the lateral hip. Something similar to a cramp. The more you sit, the more is the issue. Also the challenges of sit to stand, standing and walking on those weak muscles make them feel overworked increasing the problem
Next Steps
ergonomic way of working, sitting less at a time, frequent breaks, stretching exercises. can use a walker for few days.

Based on your history and your lifestyle (sitting for more than 10 hours) it is most likely to be a early stage of Slipped Disc in your Lumbar spine.
Next Steps
See your Orthopaedic surgeon soon. Take frequent breaks from work, if possible complete bed rest.

Their can be two possibilities as you describe the pain 1. Low back disc prblm ( nerve hlget compress and give pain in legs and hip area) 2. As u said groin area . Need to check for  hip joint  as due to decrease blood supply to bone area , it start degenrating and weakning of bone leading to deformed shape of bone. This can be seen on xrays. I will prescribe you xrays plz do that and follow up with us online practo consultation.
Next Steps
1.xrays lumbar spine  Ap view and lateral view 2. (a)xrays pelvis with both hip - Ap view. (b)  both hip frog leg view.
Health Tips
try warm compression at  home  for about 20 min each time thrice /day take painkiller prescribe by your local doctor .. if you dont get relief with that plz do xrays and follow up with us on practo.
