I feel pain at last point bone of my hip while sitting.its the last point of the bone ,even after sitting for 10-15minutes and when I stand and then try to sit it hurts a lot...

You are perhaps talking of pain in tail bone.

-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
