im working in IT.
due to wfh we are working for long hour more than a year.
for past 4 week iam not able to sit for more than 30 minutes.
severe back paina nd spinal bone pain
i have taken epidural fr baby delievry.some times i feel pain around that epidural area.also .
Kindly help on this
