Pain in fingers...Middle finger joint..Wrist pain sometimes No bp sugar Is it due to keyboard/mobile use

My mother is suffering from Right hand pain , Numbness & tingling, At starting the has Pain started from shoulder and prolonged to Wrist now, what is the condition Sir / Madam. She has No Diabetes & No Bp & No medical history. But had some joint pains. Can I take online consultant?

I have undergone a irif surgery of tibia bone fracture an year ago, can i join gym now, will it create any problem?

Hands , Wrist , knee are having unbearable pain and have swollen up. After Sitting I can't even stand up.I cannot any work. I have going under medication. I can't lift any thing by my hand. I did plain CT scan of KUB today. The report says Bony Fusion in D10 & D11 of vertebral coloumn. Can you pls suggest what should be done to treat this. My family had a past history of TB (5 years back) Pls suggest.

Fracture shaft of humerus underwent closed intramedullary interlocking nail yesterday.today after 24 hrs after surgery, she is unable to extend the wrist.surgeon gave 2 options ,radial nerve might be entrapped in between fracture fragments or it might be due to pressure...shall we have to wait for the wrist movement or allow them to again open posteriorly to directly see the nerve?

My mother has some little pain in left knee but after doing high impact exercise one day her knee pain has increased a lot now the pain is such severe that it is very difficult for her to sit please suggest some medicines to releive the pain, because due to covid we are not in a position to go out to meet the doctor, her height is 5'1 and weight is 71kg, she does not have any other complications Thanks in advance
