High vit d
I had vit d deficiency,was having  3ng/ml . orthopedic doc prescribed uprise d3 6l injection for 5 weeks and ccm tablet daily for 3 months . Now my vit d level is 133ng/ml. I'm not able to contact the doctor that prescribed the tablet. What do I do. How to lower the vit d level pls help Should I stop eating curd and milk ???

Don't worry ,continue ur curd and milk । Don't take any vit d for next 3 month . Repeat vit d after 3 months

If you have HYPERVITAMINOSIS D...(Excess Vitamin D) you should have the following symptoms. 1.Constipation 2.Muscle aches 3.Urge to drink more water.
