Muscle tighten
After My right side iliac bone some portion muscle tighten.  After iliac bone an angle wise pipe type some muscle or what is this i don't know pop up when i bent my upper body back in right  side.i have problem to sleep right side And left side. Also problem when I sit at bed. What should I do loose the tight muscle? Should sesame oil work well for loose muscle

U can get an ultasound abdomen to rule out any hernia as ur saying some thing pop up while bending and get back to me on practo with report

What ever do don't lift any weight , don't massage ,

If you feel it is muscle then it can be due to your sitting habits and sitting for long duration continuously with hip flexed. You will require to do the appropriate stretching exercises, sit properly and sit less at a time.
