Muscle and bone pain
Hi, I am having muscle pain in different places which come and go from yesterday. Not continuous. Pain areas: Left hand last two fingers, Muscle in left hand between shoulder and elbow(lower part) , Left leg knee pain, Left leg muscle beside shin bone, Right leg calf pain. All these pains come and go and not severe only mild. I have not done any physical activity or no injury, no swelling or no visible observations. These are the aches without any reason. Why is this happening? Please suggest. Thank you.

Typical of vitamin d and b12 deficiencies. Get your blood test for vitamin d and b12 Most likely will be quite low. Get injectable vitamin d and b12 and within a few days your pains will go. All the best.
