Swelling on foot
Hi,
I met an accident in kitchen while working a heavy pot fall on my left foot and it got swollen and paining badly while walking have attached image here can someone plz check and let me know is it a fracture or just a swelling?
Also suggest some cure since its so painful.

There is some serious bruising and swelling.
No once can predict fracture from outside, proceed for xrays.
(Foot- AP, Ankle -AP)
Next Steps
1.Do not walk over the injured foot.
2. keep elevated over pillow.
3. Ankle toe movements to be done.
4. Get x-rays done immediately.
5. Review with local doctor for clinical examination.
6. review with x-rays.
7. Apply ice packs locally thrice daily for 5 days
