this kind of pain can be due to plantarfascitis(a condition in which heel becomes painful specially when you start walking after long resting period) or it can be due to strain or sprain(ligament/muscle stretch).
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist and take the treament.Ultrasonic therapy helps in decreasing the pain and healing of plantarfascia or muscle inflamed,Wax therapy increases blood circulation and helps in relieving pain, stretching will increase the range of motion and relaxation.Exercises will increase the muscle strength.Do it for at least 2 weeks. You will get the relief for sure.
Health Tips
At home do a contrast bath of lukewarm water& normal water(dip the foot alternatively),Avoid hanging of leg for a long time to avoid swelling,do frequent ankle and toe movements.Avoid cold exposure,no long walk, no standing for long period......Take care&Get well soon!

In my opinion you need to go for physiotherapy for about 10 days...followed by contrast bath in which hot cold fermentation in a ratio of 3:1 3 mins hot and 1 min cold....starting with hot and ending with hot....apart from this US and Laser will be the best treatment....
Next Steps
Find a good Orthopedic....and a physio who can guide for further plan of actio...

Hello sir, I feel you must be having high grade ligament strain,
Next Steps
Avoid weight bearing on affected leg for next 15 days, keep your leg leveled while sleeping,  do icing 3-4 times a day,  wear crape bandage while walking. Consult a physio after 10-12days for further management
Health Tips
Avoid standing for longer that will increase your pain and inflammation will not reduce and then rehab will go for longer
