Pain in my foot last one year ,numbness in my foot. After 10 ,15  minutes walked pain start in my legs. What is the reason

Good evening ….your getting pain and numbness in foot just after 15 mins walk….there is chance of vascular disorder in your leg… You should once consult a vascular surgeon For the problem Instructions to patient 1.please avoid long standing 2.use foam shoes or soft slippers for walking 3.please avoid smoking and drinking if u have a habit 4.limb elevation 5.active ankle movements
