The swelling seems quite excessive, better to get a xray of foot AP and oblique views as this much swelling is highly likely to be secondary to a fracture. As of medicine, take Tab. Zerodol SP twice a day, Tab. Chymoral forte BD
Next Steps
Aviod walking and weight bearing keep the limb elevated with 2 pillows under your foot apply ice fomentation 3-4 times a day for 10-15 min each time
Health Tips
If its a displaced fracture the swelling and pain will not subside unless it is fixed operatively,if undisplaced fracture is there it can be managed with a simple slab(plaster).

The swelling in the photos appears to be significant. There is a high likelihood of a fracture. A clinical examination by a qualified medical professional is strongly advised. Recommended investigations: X-ray of the left foot – AP, oblique, and lateral views If there is tenderness or pain at the ankle, also perform an X-ray of the left ankle – AP, lateral, and mortise views Initial management: Rest: Avoid bearing weight on the left lower limb Elevation: Keep the leg elevated on two pillows, ensuring it is above heart level Ice fomentation: Apply intermittently to reduce swelling Immobilization: Once X-rays are reviewed, apply appropriate immobilization. Until then, support the foot with a crepe bandage starting from the toes and wrapping upwards.
