Pain in center of my chest
From last 2 year I have on and off pain in the centre of my chest some time I felt on left side of chest near arm pit it's a sharp pain I felt this may be of heart disease so I done my TMT and CT coronary scan and all required blood tests to rule out heart disease and all came normal But still I fell that pain suddenly and any time accompanied with headaches My symtoms are as follows 1 Pain in center of chest 2 some time I can feel it when I touch some time I cant 3 feel pain with deep breath, cough or sneeze sometime 4 pain move to backside  some times 5 sometime when I sleep on my left side then even suddenly sharp pain starts and go after some time Please suggest me what should I do met many doctors but unable to get rid of my chest pain ALL THESE ABOVE SYMPTOMS NEVER HAPPEN TOGETHER BUT IN COMBINATION OF FEW

What's your profession? Working habits? The pain is suggestive of muscle stiffness and weakness of the front and back of upper body. Prolonged laptop use, mobile use and doing activities by being bent forward since all these years can be the cause.

You may have increased pain processing in brain or it could be inter-costal neuralgia. You can take cap pregabalin 50 mg one at night after food before sleep daily. It will control your pains.
