Side shift of the neck
My neck is misaligned since the birth. It is assymetric. No torticollis.. One side of neck is small.. one is ok...you can call it a side shift may be. And.. i being obese.. now my posture has also changed...one shoulder is above than the other.. Is there anything i can do to make my neck symmetric?? And shoulders too..

There is a possibility of a bony deformity towards upper spine around cervical region called Scoliosis which might have caused this visible deformity..
Next Steps
It would be better to get X Ray's of Cervical and Dorsal level AP and Lateral views to get an idea of the problem.. 
Health Tips
There are some surgical procedures to correct deformity but that can be planned only depending on the condition.. So, better to get investigated first..
