Serious Neck Pain
I am having a very serious pain in my neck since I got up today in the morning. I can't even turn my head. One side of my neck is hurting badly. I tried some pain relief gels also but they didn't worked for me. Please suggest me doctor what should I do. I think its neck sprain.

I think it's torticollis, commonly called as wry neck. Can be due to abnormal posture while sleeping. U need pain killer with muscle relaxants tablets as well as Physiotherapy.
