Muscle spasm Take muscle relaxant Physiotherapy neck IFT AND ULTRASONIC THERAPY Maintain neck in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights Use cellphone and laptop screen at eye level don't bend neck more than 10 degrees Sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head or use cervical memory foam pillow
