Breathing issues can happen due to prolonged sitting duration for years together. Sitting poorly can lead to tightness of the muscles of your chest and thereby causing breathing issues as they do not expand as much as they should.

Dear sir, Most of the times the breathing problem can't be due to straightening of the spine. The breathing difficulty secondary to cervical spine pathology is rare. It is seen in very rare conditions like severe cervical kyphosis ( forward curvature of spine), TB spine with very significant abscess, etc. But in your x ray there is no cervical kyphosis and spine curvature is well maintained.
Next Steps
I advice you to consult an orthopaedic or spine surgeon to have a look. if we examine you we can advise properly
Health Tips
persistent neck pain, severe breathing difficulty, fever will require a consultation of doctor
