Do hot fomentation, take muscle relaxants after consulting an Orthopaedic surgeon. U wil be fine in a day or two. Mild indentations are ok. U might be on a desk job or riding bike a lot since many years and hence these bulges. Change ur lifestyle and do some weight loss exercises too if u r overweight.

Neurokind gold i'm alternate days for 5 injections. You can google search ergonomics to correct your working posture and habits. Or preferably consult nearby good physiotherapist...

Neck pain is very common in it professionals..If you strengthen your neck muscles you won't have this issues repeatedly. MRI is a very sensitive investigation..It can show disc bulge even in normal people..So don't go by MRI.. Get a proper clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and treatment.
