Upper back spine pain and leg pain
Feeling pain upper back last few days. Took medicine painkillers, vitamin d3 and calcium but still have pain in single location of spine. Last two days I feel pain in right leg. After sitting few times then feeling pain when walking. After few minutes of walking feeling relaxed. Can't understand what is happening

Presuming that you have a WFH job working on laptop and mobile use. The pain is of your tired amd weak muscles of the back. Tired due to remaining stretched by being you in constant forward bend position.
Next Steps
work in an ergonomic atmosphere, take frequent breaks and do stretching exercises

It’s all musculoskeletal skeletal pain happen due to wrong sitting position. Prolong hours of sitting give rise to leg pain. Abnormal sitting posture on chair or bed lead to upper back pain . Best solution for you is maintain good sitting posture on chair or bed Avoid sitting long hours at one place after ever 45 min stand and sit few times so your muscle will remain active and will not go in spasm. Visit a physiotherpy centre for upper back neck shoulder and leg excersies
