Bone & Muscle problems

I feel sudden pain in both knee without any physical injury... sudden striking of pain in knee... Little bit swelling in left leg..sometimes in calf of leg pain and sometimes in feet and heal of both leg...

Severe pain around t hip joint.. can't even bend down without any support.. too much painful.. can't even sit up.. struggling for 6 months now

Hi Doctor, From the last 1-2 days I can feel little bit of tightness or stiffness in my right hand area only. I am not facing any issue while using my hand, however still I can feel tightness in my right hand. Could you please suggest what can I do for this. Thank you!

Sir I have got an ankle sprain on Thursday evening while walking on the stairs and I have a pain on that night and from yesterday night I am taking zerodol sp and today morning also I took zerodol sp and swelling little bit decreased and pain aslo little bit decreased only little bit pain while walking,at night I am applying APD vofen gel and using crepe bandage,So now sir is there any chances of cracking the bones cause small bone fracture may b unnoticeable,I am worried incase if small bone fractures and deformity may start, so it it x-ray necessary sir,i can walk well,I can stand with effected one leg,I can lift the things also only little bit pain when I press the ankle and while walking.So now what will be better sir. Im having knee pain,unable to walk properly. I barely lift my leg and I bend my body while walking. Can you please suggest.

Last yr in August I was diagnosed with osteophytes in L1 and L2... Dr advised me to rest and stop doing things that make the pain increase.. gave some medicine for 2weeks ... I got some relief in pain as I left job and was at home taking rest.. but now as house help is not there and I m doing work my back pains when I sit after working in standing position... While standing there is no pain. It is getting difficult to sit or bend my back .. what should I do...

I have sudden pain in both knee... especially in left leg... some times in calf and sometime in feet of leg.. My blood tests result are B12 215 VIT D 30.28 CALCIUM 10.62 All are normal...why this happend with no previous physical injury... and no routine physical exercise Should i go xray of both knee ???

I have pain in both the shoulders and areas around from a year almost...have been told that it is shoulder tendonitis...I have done many physiotherapy sessions...but no relief... please suggest the right treatment...and whom to consult...

My sister was operated for broken elbow around 10 months ago , but still pain is there and sometimes gets swollen. Went to dr. He advised for removing the metal strips from elbow as it is causing infection. He advised some medicines but I seek for a second opinion. Should the medicines be taken? or need to evaluate more.
