Sprain or fracture
I am fall from ladder in thursday evening my left leg ankle swell and pain badly after that i done x ray on friday which is attached can see this, is it sprain or fracture

Needs an x-ray ankle lateral view and calcaneum axial view.

Unfortunately you have fractured your calcaneum bone, (heel bone),.

please don't bear weight, keep your foot elevated on a pillow apply ice, and consult your orthopedic surgeon immediately for further management,

If pain and swelling is not subsiding then definitely something wrong do X-ray of ankle depending on that management will be done meanwhile keep limb elevated do local application of ice don’t put weight

A fall from height can lead to injury to the heel bone. It seems there might be a fracture there. You need to get Xray of Calcaneum Axial and lateral views. Also keep the leg elevated on 2 pillows and apply ice packs throughout the day. Post the X-rays and then we can take it further.
