Ankle sprain
Hi Doctor,
I have sprained my ankle and it has swollen up.. can you please suggest any remedy for the same.

Please visit an Orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation as depending upon grade of injury the treatment differs
till den u can apply ice elevate the ankle to reduce swelling nd use an ankle binder to avoid further injury
