Cervical Neck and Shoulder pain
Neck and shoulder pain since last 3.5 months and radiating pain towards right hand. Did 30-40 Physiotherapy sessions.

Cervical radiculopathy . This is manageable . Needs a clinical examination . Start with neck exercises , posture care . Medicines are available to manage the condition.

There is a possibility of cervical muscle spasm alongwith nerve compression near cervical spinal cord.. Is there any tingling numbness in hands or weakness in upper limbs while working..
Next Steps
I will sugget you to start got fomentation,  avoid heavy work, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, get one x ray of cervical spine done. If something is doubtful, you may require MRI of Cervical spine..
