Restless leg syndrome
Hi, I have what I'm assuming restless leg syndrome, I keep having an irritating tingling feeling in my legs. The only relief I get is by constantly moving them or keeping them stretched. I've been having this issue for a while now. Any suggested treatment/therapy?

Focus on identifying the risk factors in the way you sit, how much you stand and walk. This is more due to your muscles feeling overworked. Your leg posture while sitting can influence the muscular health of your legs. And then doing dynamic activities with those leg muscles can cause problems.
Next Steps
need to evaluate for better advise.
