Morning Back Pain
Doctor, i am suffering from morning backpain since long, in this i had back only when i wake up in morning after half an hour it goes off..i changed mattress also...i had taken cap nurokind plus for eight days...but no effect...due to corona issue i am unble to visit doctor. What should i do...please guide. Thank you.

Daily exercise While getting up from bed ,turn to one side and get up. Do not stoop while standing or sitting Do other joints pain in the morning Like hands and feet Only take tab. Paracetamol id pain is more. No other drug till conplete diagnosis is done

Xray LS spine AP AND LATERAL CBC. RA TEST. ANTICCP ANA

Start with daily walks, back exercises and posture care.if it doesn't get better in 2 weeks despite all of this then needs a clinical consult first .
