Hi, I have fell down before 2 weeks in bike by left side. I have pain in my elbow to figure nerves. I can't able to twist my elbow left side. Can't fully stretch in or stretch out. But the pain is better now and no swelling. Please advise.

Nees,shoulders pains,and painful of middle of the backbone also.hand fingers pains so every 10 to 15 mints to break the fingers.

Hello I got injured in June 2019 due to falling from stairs. My backbone got fractured in bone L 5 and s1. It has taken six months to recover completely. After six months my xray was normal and Doctor has sad, I have no problem in bones now, I am fully recovered. My question is still I am getting pain in my left side waist which increases and goes till my things, knee and lower part of leg. I feel severe pain in those area. It's not regular thing. I am getting pain sometime only, you can say 4 to 5 times in a month. My question is what should I do. How to recover from this pain? And why I am getting pain after recovery? Please help me with some remedies. My xray is normal now.

I have been diagnosed with vit d deficiency. I have been prescribed uprise d3 6L injection one for 1 week and ccm tablet daily.. TOMORROW I WILL TAKE INJECTION, SHOULD I TAKE CCM TABLET TOMO OR NOT??? Will ccm tablet be too much dose if taken on injection day?? Should I be doing exercises in case my bones r weak and brittle to break??? I'm little scared to continue with exercises. Pls suggest foods to increase vit d for vegetarian

Dear doctor My mother 63 year old having pain in right hand and shoulder since 2/3 Months...she was picking some things from uper self of kitchen then suddenly some pain happen in uper side of right hand...then we did all spreys and cream and physiotherapy but didn't work at all After that some ortho doc told to take injection depo for four weeks ..we took one injection after that clinic closed due to lockdown... so it will be open only in Jun... please give us advise what to do because pain is too much now ..she is feeling too much pain in whole hand now

Having pain frommback side in neck..from last 2 days..feeling it may be dueto work from home from.last 2 months.. and not a proper posture of working ..and too late working on sitting on chair..I applied volini and get relief for 1hr..but again start feeling pain..now sleeping without pillow also..but still feel pain in neck if work for too long in same posture..applied ice fermentation also...but not getting too much relief..pls. advice some.medication..

Heavy knee pains .. need to take knee replacement surgery . I can't able to walk .. getting more pains.. so that we want best knee replacement surgen.
