What's your profession in addition to being a home maker? How much gadgets do you use? Tutions for children or yourself? Your pains are due to remaining in forward bent position for longer duration thereby weakening the muscles of your back. The more you do more pain you will suffer.

This is mostly because of bad posture. Need to start with neck exercises, posture correction, and walk daily . Hot fomentation will help.. collar only for short term.

You could use a cervical collar and see if that helps You should visit Shoulderdoc face book page by my name dr raman kant Aggarwal or search in YouTube by my name for video explaining the difference between shoulder and neck pain
Next Steps
You should get tested for vitamin D and calcium and also a vision check
Health Tips
Good posture and ergonomics while working at desk is absolutely essential Equally important is to avoid sitting continuously for more than 30 minutes If these things don’t help, you can book online/ in person consultation with me
