From last two days my left hand and left leg is feeling stiff and numb also .I don't know why .also headache is there please help me out

My hand are getting numbness and tingling at night. I am unable to fold my fingers completely. My right leg back muscle also pain. Neck is also pain. Please suggest me any medicine.

Three days ago i went for a run.It was about 20 mins and i also did some bodyweight squats. I am having pain in the groin and sometimes abdomen area .I guess it is the adductor muscles. What should i do?

My current blood calcium is 10.16 and it has increased from previous level of 9.4 in May 2019. Should I moniter it every few months or it's of concern? My lab shows a range of 8.5 to 10.6 for calcium though on internet higher range is 10.3 ..

I am doing gym exercise from 15 days continually but after 15 days my right shoulder and elbow start paining now almost today is 5 days until today pain is still the same . When i walk and movement of hand start it painful more. I took medicine like aclofenac and vitamin tablet suggested by one doctor but no response. Please suggest me some medicine and dos and don'ts.
