Most likely radicular pain or sacroiliac joint pain . Needs consult. Start with back exercises and posture care, walk daily. Antiinflammatory medicines and hot packs.

Hello dear I need to know your history in a little more detail to make any kind of opinion: 1. How did the pain start? Did you lift any heavy weight bending forward? 2. Does the pain get worse by bending forward and sitting? 3. Do you get pain sitting in cross legged position? 4. Do you get any tingling or numbness in the leg? 5. Lastly if you have had any blood tests or x-rays, i need to have a look at that. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
