Yes u can try conservative treatment intially if ur not relived by conservative symptoms u should go for surgery depending on ur symptoms, as progression to severe compression may cause atrophy of ur muscles in the hand

It can be managed with medicines n physiotherapy. However it depends on the response to conservative measures and the severity. Optimum conservative trial needs to be offered initially.
