Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
Hello, My sister age 51 had a surgery for carpel Tunnel Syndrome year back. ( right hand sensation). Again it started same. What's the solution ? Sonography confirm carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Will surgery again resolve issue permanently?

Sometimes cervical spondylosis can produce similar symptoms. Kindly rule it out. Repeat surgery may have to be done.

Sonography doesn't confirm it.. Clinical examination and nerve conduction test confirm it
