Carpal tunnel syndrome
I have delivered baby three months back via c section and it has been two months since I am experiencing tingling and stiffness in my fingers ( except for little finger) in both hands. I have consulted a doctor for the same and currently under medication and physiotherapy for the same but nothing seems to much of help,can anyone suggest me good hand braces to help with the symptoms while also comfortably breastfeed?

Hi First you shou get Nerve conduction velocity study on both your upper limbs. It will confirm the stage of the disease. Treatment will be decided after that.

Dear, Pregnancy is one of the major cause of tingling in fingers ( especially thumb and 1st two fingers) resulting in condition called Carpal tunnel syndrome.
Next Steps
As you are breastfeeding: -Do hot fomentation - Ultrasonic therapy application -Use carpal tunnel wrist brace at night time

Thumb spica brace should be good for you ,you need to get some blood tests done ,sometimes its physiological post delivery

Use carpal tunnel brace and see if symptoms are getting relieved! Also get yourself evaluated again because classically carpal tunnel should cause tingling and numbness in only three fingers and not all of them..
