I am having pain in the tail bone area. Feels like its a pain coming from deep inside , can't feel pain if I touch with my fingers. No pain when i lie down, stand, bend or walk. Pains when i sit inclined or lie down immediately after sitting. What should i do.

This problem is called coccydynia it happens because the tailbone is banned because of excessive sitting or maybe an injury in the past this needs evaluation in the form of an x-ray lateral sacral with coccyx x-ray and depending upon the angulation the treatment can be decided essentially it is a conservative treatment with ring question and ultrasound but if the pain doesn’t settle with that it needs a therapy call coccyx manipulation which is a permanent treatment
Hello dear
Your complaints are typical of coccydynia.
Your tailbone needs to be offloaded and medications to reduce inflammation in the area.
You need an x-ray only if you have had a fall leading to pain.
Word of caution: These kind of pains tend to stick, hence timely intervention is important.
