What kind of treatment will cure the plantar Fasciitis problem in minimum time...is hot and cold water therapy good for it or should I stick to hot water fomentation

Hot and cold water fomentation are no cure for plantar fascitis. It needs dedicated exercises and footwear modification.

There is nothing like permanent cure. You have to get the pain under control which is secondary to calf tightness. Calf stretching plus lifestyle modifications in how you sit influences the calf muscle.
Hot n cold contrast bath , plantar fascia stretching exercises , trainer shoes , ultrasonic physiotherapy , if needed medicines +/- local infiltration .
