Hello dear
Your vit d and b12 are grossly insufficient.
Such low levels have been shown to be associated with poor bone and nerve health.
You need proper scientific supplementation

Vitamin di is low because of less sunlight exposure and vitamin B12 is predominantly only in non-veg food
So it’s better to take the supplements for three months in a year every year stop
Next Steps
Start D360 60 K once a day for three days and then once a week for 12 weeks always before breakfast
Start Meganeuron OD plus once after dinner for three months
Health Tips
Start back flexion extension exercises
Avoid bending forwards lifting heavyweights sitting down on the ground and squatting
Your pains have no correlation with the deficiencies but due to work lifestyle. Correct the deficiencies but for pain you will have to improve your lifestyle.
