Hello dear I am not sure what exactly are you trying to suggest here. I would accept it as some tingling over the leg near the left ankle. These kind of symptoms are nerve related. If it has been happening after crossed leg sitting , then it is probably due to compression of nerve over the upper part of leg. However, if it is happening just like that, i would want to screen for vitamin deficiencies at your age. Do you have additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, cramps, fatigue. If yes, then do get back to me. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta

Well first of all that’s not a very serious issue so don’t worry you will get alright. Now coming to your vibrate sensation there is not enough details given by you to know what is causing it but most commonly it just could be due to vit b12 deficiency or if you have some back problem it could be because of that . But firstly you can get your vit b12 levels checked and start supplements of vit b12 which will help. If you have any back pain then you ll have to consult orthopaedic doctor in person .
Next Steps
Avoid forward bending and weightlifting if you have back pain
