Back pain and leg pain
Since 2017 I am having lower back pain associated with the left leg pain. Do I have spondylosis? previously I had left neck pain, also in the left hand. but now a days it is not that much severe than the previous days but it persists. I suffer a lot for my lower back pain. The left leg pain also troubles me. sometimes I feel numbness in my legs and also in my hands specially when I do some heavy work like washing clothes or carrying something heavy. I feel I don't have strength both in my arms and legs. I would like to mention that I was wrongly administered rabies vaccines (2 shots)in my buttock area. For this I was suffering from swollen lymph nodes in my groin area. It took a long time to recover but still I sometimes have pain in my left lymph node. After that the leg pain started with this swollen lymph nodes though the lower back pain started much earlier than this incident. Is there any nerve injury in my leg because of this wrong administration? what should be done now? Thanks

Mostly it is because of degenerated disc in the spine . Needs evaluation for making a diagnosis . Start with back exercises, posture care n daily walk 45 min .
